April 2009 - China Service Ventures: So, who are we?

China Service Ventures is a Lutheran organization based in St. Paul, MN who, since 2004, has participated in ELCA sponsored Global Mission Events and smaller Global Mission Events held in Northwest Washington, Oregon, and Southwest Washington Synods.  Currently CSV is in the application process to be in a "recognized relationship with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America through its Global Mission Unit."

In a nutshell, the goals of CSV CSV are to Serve the Poor, Serve the Church, and Serve the Community in China.  You see SERVICE is at the heart of CSV's commitment and witness in China.
