Projects
What are the limits of your mind? These are the primary boundaries that guide our ability to serve the people of China. We have worked to develop relationships and to listen to those we meet to help guide the directions we go.
Currently the China Service Ventures' projects are divided into five categories (or ventures). They include: Development, Education, English as a Second Language (ESL), Health & Nutrition, and Youth Servant.
| | Development
While Henan (the Provence in which most of China Service Ventures' work is done) is one of the most populous, it is also among the poorest. As result of this, there are many ways that all of us can work to contribute to the development of the area. Currently, our work is focused in three areas: Dorm Rooster Mountain Wells

| Education
In an area where the average annual income is less than $200, the school fees of $70 - $450 (depending on primary, middle school, or high school) can sometimes be prohibitive. Read more about the exciting work being done around education. |

| English as a Second Language
English has become the global language and unfortunately those who teach in the rural areas do not have access to the same resources as others. That's where the volunteers from China Service Ventures step in. Learn more about English teaching here. |

| Health & Nutrition
China Service Ventures has embraced the people of Henan. In doing so, their health and well-being has become of utmost importance. The work being done to address the issues in this area include: Health Assessments/Nutrition Screening Partnership with Chinese nursing students Health Education Provide Medical Books and supplies

| Youth Servant
Since the summer of 2004, American high school students have traveled to China for a cultural, service, and faith experience. They join with Chinese youth in a time of goodwill and friendship while jointly participating in a service project. Learn more about kids connecting across cultures here.
