Because of the expense, many of the rural farmers and other citizens wait until they are extremely sick to go to the hospital.  By the time they have made the decision to go, however, limited means to transport them, so they must take a taxi.  Through the development of relationships, China Service Ventures learned of this and a request for help was issued.  As a result, a much needed ambulance was purchased for one of the clinics.
